This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or send us a request, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Server log files

When you access this website, our web server automatically records the requested page, date and time, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and the IP address in abbreviated form. This data is required to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after 14 days at the latest.

3. Quotation and contact requests

If you submit a request form, we process the details you enter (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, vehicle and part details, message) to prepare and send a quotation and to handle any resulting order. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Requests are stored for as long as necessary to process them and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may store functional preferences (for example a selected vehicle or your quotation list) locally on your device; this data never leaves your browser.

5. External services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), and product images on the caravan site are delivered by the content delivery network of our online shop (Shopify International Ltd.). When these resources are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
